Pharmacy Manager
Portion 1 — Pharmacy & Drugs Management
Oversee the daily operations of CareScan Pharmacy — managing inventory, procurement, and DRAP regulatory compliance. Coordinate prescription fulfilment with the PolyClinic team, supervise pharmacy staff, and negotiate with vendors to ensure uninterrupted medicine supply.
Requirements
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D from an HEC-recognized institution
- Registered with the Pakistan Pharmacy Council (PPC)
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management experience
- Working knowledge of DRAP rules and pharmacy SOP compliance
- Strong leadership and inventory management skills
Portion 2 — Business & Growth Management
Drive the commercial growth of CareScan Pharmacy by managing digital presence and revenue channels. Lead social media campaigns for pharmacy products and services, oversee the home delivery of medicines operation, and build relationships with dropshipping partners and suppliers to expand reach and fulfillment capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media campaigns for pharmacy-related products and services
- Oversee and grow the home delivery of medicines service
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with dropshipping companies for medicine supply
- Monitor sales metrics and report on growth KPIs to management
- Explore new revenue avenues and digital partnerships for the pharmacy
Sales Executive
Grow CareScan's patient referral network across Rawalpindi and Islamabad through field visits to clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. Build lasting relationships with physicians, follow up on leads, and coordinate closely with the clinical team to convert referrals into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Science, or Health preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales or business development experience
- Healthcare or pharma background preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Own transport and willingness to travel across twin cities
